Cultivate awareness

After I red “freedom from the known”, I realized that it is significant for one to observe the self. That can be done through relationships with everything and everyone. This book provides significant questions, ask these questions to yourself to cultivate awareness about the self, without judgment, comments, explanation, justification, naming, definition, recognition, trying to change and without a goal to achieve anything.
